My Xbox 360 works just fine. When it breaks or and game that I want that is next gen(current for you) comes out I will buy the Xbone

I understand that, if you have no reason to upgrade. What I'm saying is that developers are still catering to the past gen consoles and they need to quit especially since it's directly affecting current gen, holding up progress. There has to be a cutoff point for the past gen consoles and I believe we are way past it.
