I'm only going to address this question and not the rest of the post.
I believe that you would best address this by obtaining a 'sexual aid' device from whatever the equivalent of 'ann summers' is where you live, however you may need to order it online. You would then reach around and proceed to "blam" yourself with it. How long you continue "blam-ing" is entirely ipto you.
