It hooks its claws into the wall, climbing upwards. As soon as its above ground, it Blinks towards you, tackling you to the ground.

It's been a while... Not sure exactly. Though I don't think I'm using that.
-
Trust me, you are. You may not know it, but I can tell. He swings his sword backward in a circle before lunging towards the sound of the voice, swinging horizontally at the ground to kick up as much dirt as possible. I've already made a grave mistake in assuming her death was recent. I suspect I'll make a few more before I finish this fight.
-
the dust clears after a second, as dust is effected by gravity, obviously. The top half of the shovel falls off it's lower part, cut clean in two. Serena, her neck at the point of the cut, sits there. She's looking right at you, still bored looking. The blade must have passed through her neck to get the shovel, but she's completely fine. Not a hair on her head was hurt. She waves, then barely stifles another yawn. You mind if I just take a nap while you practice your swing? I'm feeling pretty tired just watching...
-
Of course. he walks over to the shovel, picking both pieces up and dropping hem into the hole. It's not like I need to be anywhere anytime soon. His eyes glow a lime green tint.
-
She curls up, using her arm as a pillow, then takes a nap right in front of you
-
I may be blind to who you are and what potential you possess, but I know when I'm being decieved. He begins carving lines into the ground with his sword, with you being the center of the markings.
-
She snuggles up more, lazily looking at what you're doing Mmm... But the question is how you're being deceived, can you guess it? It's not that hard anymore. Too easy even... It's pretty much in your face now... The sound of mild creaking behind you in ally reaches your ears...
-
I've known the real owner of the crystal longer than you have. But eye contact has been made, and I wasn't fast enough to counteract it. Even if i blindfold myself, I'll still be affected. He smiles. But that doesn't mean I can't escape.
-
...and the falling tree, a thin and light one, falls inches from your left, the Serena on the ground jumps up and rushes you, while the Serena on the right does the same.
-
Humor me, will you? He readies his sword. When a spider traps a fly in its web of lies, the fly can only watch as it falls prey to the spider. He swings in a circle once around with great technique. But what is to happen if the spider catches something too large for it to swallow?
-
Both the doubles to your front and right contact the sword, they each evaporate with a grin as the sword passes through them. The small tree, having already fell, isn't killed a second time by your slice. Meanwhile, another version of her, the one using the falling tree as a nice rail to run and jump off of, falls from above. She launches a kick, which promptly slams into your upper back and launches you forward into a obscured hole. The real Serena stands with her hands on her hips after kicking you, grinning in delight that it worked out nicely in her opinion. She looks down the hole, towards you as you get your bearings Spider you say?
-
Dante slowly rises from the hole, sword on back. His eyes burn with a lime green fire as he is lifted by two claw-like appendages connected at his waist. He removes his sword and holds it in two hands properly. His smile is one of triumph. Mantis, actually.
-
Well I guess I should let you at least have a try with the real me. Come on then, have a go with your "Mantis" stuff. She goes back into the stance she used wen the Ignus arrived, still smiling broadly from excitement.
-
I could, but seeing how I need you alive so I don't make enemies, I'll handle you alone. Besides, it would just spoil your fun. The appendages retract, as he gets into his stance. And neither of us would want to be deprived of entertainment today.
-
Awww I thought you said you didn't need me alive, the only reason being you promised someone? Awwwwww so cuuuuute you really like me? Why thank you...
-
Not you... The sword begins to pick up wind with every motion it makes. The shadow you are filling. The shadow you will never outgrow.
-
She smiles again, then motions for you to come on already.
-
He swings diagonally outward, using the wind as an edge, before closing the gap and swiping at your torso.
-
She forms a bubble by throwing her palms out, the red formation glows as the wind makes a brighter slice against the exterior of it. It doesn't continue through. The slice from the blade impacts the same segment, it deforms and dissipates, starting from the attacked part and slowly disappearing altogether. As it does so, Serena sucks as if under a limbo pole, the edge of the sword clipping a piece of her hair. She continues and forms another bubble around her fist, then throws it in an uppercut towards his jaw. Her other hand grabs the hilt of his weapon, being a nuisance by pushing and pulling it randomly to throw his technique with it off as well as she can.
-
Dante takes the blow, jumping up in sync with the attack. As he does, he steps on your leg and throws a kick upwards while being hit with the uppercut. He follows through with a backflip, twisting the handle out of your grip. He falls back, landing on one knee, then using his leverage to swing horizontally whilst somersaulting backwards to evade a possible counter. He readies his blade again, staring with a calm demeanor.
-
She also takes the blow, the crack of her collar bone and a boot can be heard, but she doesn't flinch. She goes on the offensive: Running forward at the end of his flip, jumping over the slash and using his chest to run along. Her boots dig into his chest as she runs up his body, then pushes off at the end of the path, that being his head. Her foot kicks backwards at the last moment as she jumps off in the direction behind him.
-
His body and head buckle under the force of the boots gaining solid footing. He steps back to steady himself, slashing upwards from the ground after you jump off his head. Having fun?
-
She ends the jump with a roll, barely escaping the counter. She then gets back up, brushes the dust off her shoulders, and looks back to you. A lot actually. You?
-
Dante twirls the blade once, grabbing the tip of the sword with his hand. He pulls back, drawing blood, before gripping his sword again. Could be better.
-
I'm guessing you have some sort of rage mode with that? Drawing your own blood doesn't seem at all suspicious ya know...
