Who the hell was that Forerunner on Sanghelios in Halo 5's campaign the one that tried to kill Locke.

Cordycept was seen in The Sprint: Road to E3 as a boss in Warzone.

We don't know yet. Some have suggested that the Wardens are tied to Gaurdians, and with such limited knowledge, I'm inclined to agree with them.
