I am going to assume that this is probably a good look at the general population right now. I am also going to assume that ALL the people who voted MAYBE will buy the DLC, and thats being generous. If we assume that, than we get the following numbers. A Whopping 73% of the population does not want this DLC for various reasons. 27% of us will buy it. What if we assume 75% of the MAYBES will buy the game, this is more realistic. We then get 76% of the population who will not buy it, vs the 24% who will. Destiny can't survive on those numbers.
TLDR; This DLC will destroy destiny if this continues. roughly 75% of the population does not want this DLC for various reasons. Math above.

Good assessment. Granted this is by no means an ideal sample size it does represent some of the most hardcore fans. The tide is definitely against Bungie here.

I used to be a hardcore Bungie fan, they were the reason I bought a Xbox 360 then stuck with the One. Otherwise I would have bought a PS3 seeing as I absolutely loved PS2. I've never felt so betrayed until now, I won't be buying TTK until they either give out a apology, I'd love if it were from Luke Smith himself, or they lower the price of TTK.

I'm starting to realize I'm more of a dedicated Halo fan than a Bungie loyalist.
