What do you guys think? Are you gonna buy any?
-
Not worth it, personally I feel like they shouldn't be only sold at 7/11 because most people don't live near any (like me, I live 500km away from the nearest one and I'm butthurt about it)
-
I wonder if they will sell this at 7-11's in Japan???
-
Thought this was starting July?
-
Great, kids drinking Red Bulls and screaming even more... Kinderguardians! Silence their screams!
-
I played you yesterday in doubles thats funny as shit it was me and dirtyschoolgirl
-
Also this isn't the first game or company to do this, so why are people acting like destiny and bungie are pure evil and they are the originators of this idea
-
The 'taking the piss out of fans' begins!
-
Do I get a code if I buy some Jager also?
-
Closest 7-11 is over an hour away in Chicago. I'll just wait until they start selling them everywhere. I drink the fruit Total Zero ones on a daily basis. No sugar or calories. If they don't sell it on those I'm buying one can to get the mission and doing it down the drain. Regular Red Bull is nasty.
-
This is BS because there isn't a 7/11 in a 400 mile radius of me.
-
Ya I read it was starting in July. Can some one confirm this?
-
I'll buy, its been a while since I had a jagerbomb anyways.

Edited by bjw: 6/24/2015 5:22:32 PMThis has ACTIVATION written all over it I forsee bungie breaking the activision tie soon, if this PR nightmare continues This is not the bungie I remember from the marathon and halo years
-
if it's in Canada I will be definitely buying it
-
Edited by KidSixXx: 6/24/2015 1:01:19 PM1. Go to 7-11 2. Buy Red Bull 3. Open 4. Pour contents on the ground 5. Copy down code 6. Recycle can Works for me
-
Everyone is so mad, but no one complained about 7-11 exclusive content in FarmVille. Where was the outcry then?
-
What's the point of an XP boost from now to Sept except for those new to the universe? Seems like a complete waste of money. You are paying money to have a slight XP boost for 30 mins to dry up content even faster now?
-
So these won't be on shelf till July 1st right?
-
Matador is better. Tequila and Red bull oh yeah
-
I don't drink it, but I'd buy it for the code anyway
-
I love destiny and i live in Brasil so no 7/11 gere! Ty
-
I don't really care..I mean MANY companies have been doing this for years now, Doritos and Mountain Dew..yea, nothing new. Seems pretty cool though
-
The biggest issue I have with this is that unhealthy food and drinks should not be promoted. I don't want to buy Red Bull, much less drink it. But a new mission or xp boost? Sounds good. Red Bull is poison in a can, even banned from a few European countries. Everyone would throw a fit if the promotion was for tabacco or alcohol. Kinder eggs are even banned from the US because the toys are an incentive to buy chocolate. I don't see how this is any different. ........we'll help Nepal, but at the same time slowly kill off our customer base through clever marketing and merchandising. Bad move in my book, anyway.

Edited by Seasider07: 6/24/2015 4:31:37 PMEven after the 711 promotion it is then Walmart. The deal appears to be US and Canada only. Asda (UK) is owned by Walmart but I doubt the goods will be shipped from America. Looks like the rest of the world has to wait till January for the quest. Locking items behind a geographic wall is bad. PLaying with my American friends who will have gear that is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get

Red Bull gives you ruin wings.

I guess now we know what's really contained in those Helium Filaments...
