Yeah we are consumers and it is a business, but if you act a certain way you can hurt that business.
Businesses are all about building lasting relationships and I know that is something Bungie needs to keep to remain successful. Every employee is a representative of the company.
If I were Bungie I would do everything I can to make things right by their customers.
