I waited in line at midnight for this game. I have spent countless hours every night grinding over and over. I have given blood and sweat for this game. I have lived and breathed this game.
I have waited months for you to fix your servers. I have spent countless hours every night getting every error code you have to offer and getting kicked off your servers. I have given tears from spending so many nights playing Reconnect to Destiny instead of just Destiny. I have lived and breathed the paradox that is known as Destiny. The best game that you can't play.
FIX YOUR SERVERS!
Stop telling us that it is us. I can accept that NAT issues have to do with our settings, but us getting kicked from your servers and then XBox Live when playing your game, which NEVER happens to anyone else in any other game on XBox Live, is you. Seriously, when I am doing a strike or mission I have done a million times and I hit a loading point and it just hangs and kicks me, that is not my fault. That is YOUR fault. I hear you have a 10 year plan for this game. With your server issues it will take me 25 years to fully play.
All I ever see is that you are aware of issues and tracking them. Then you say you are making improvements. Yet we don't see these improvements. Actually it seems to get worse with each one. You just released an update and I have been trying to play today and in 2.5 hours I have been trying to play, I have maybe had an hour of playing time. The rest of the time was getting booted from your servers and trying to reconnect. I used to be able to play for hours upon hours many months ago. Funny because I know less people play your game because of your crappy servers.
FIX YOUR SERVERS!
Destiny is a great game and has a lot of potential, but you need to stop running your servers with hamster wheels and bubble gum and listen to your players.
