Is everyone completely ignoring the fact that deej said day one players are gonna get something better than the new players, and that he's gonna reveal that in the weekly update? Also I'm gonna log on because I want to and because I don't really care about a bunch of items I'm probably not gonna use.

Thought it was year one not day one players?
-
Year one players get stuff, I know that. But deej put out another thing about even more stuff and I'm pretty sure he said day 1 players on that one.

What the content is specifically doesn't matter. The issue is walling off content, and making people buy things that they've previously purchased in order to get that content. What if the TTK collector's edition was the only way to get the Raid? You'd be singing a different tune, I'd bet.
-
Yeah because a raid is simething I care about, and a couple of emotes are not something I really care about. Don't tell me "what if..." because it's not the way it is so it's competely irrelevant.
-
Not the point what the content is. Point is the practice - make something they think they players will really want, and put it behind a paywall that means paying more for the same content if you're an existing player.
-
That is a cover up., don't get fooled...
-
We'll see when the weekly update is out.
-
They are breaking their heads thinking what kind of crap they will pull out of their asses...

Also newbie players better not get it, the VIP rewards that bungie said was to reward loyal players, anyone who buy the Taken King before 2016 can get it.
-
You should atleast be happy he's alluding to better items for veterans. As a veteran player myself, we don't really deserve anything. Be happy with what you get.

I think a couple of emotes are just as irrelevant.

True. But you'll forgive me if I don't exactly trust anything deej says at this point
