It's not really about the emotes anymore. It's more about the fact that Luke practically said "your all sheep and will buy anything no matter the price because your all too dumb to care"
-
Practically? I think your projecting a lot into his comment. He clearly had an issue with the interviewer, and I would too. The guy was really unprofessional. Luke's mistake is he didn't simply end the interview before letting his annoyance get the best of him. If you can't see that then I don't know what to tell you.

It's not really about emotes. It's more about the fact that Luke practically said "your sheep so your to dumb to care about a price tag because you'll buy it anyways"
-
If you think that's what this is about, you are completely lost.
-
Enlighten me then? What is it about?

This guy, a senior designer, so a significant representative of Bungie thinks of the player base as blind addicts,“If I fired up a video right now and showed you the emotes you would throw money at the screen,” he even goes as far as to call the interviewer an "anxious buyer", it's all their in his words, If you can't see that, I don't know what to tell you.

Edited by THEJOE3000: 6/23/2015 7:01:30 PMhttp://planetdestiny.com/bungie-responds-content/ I really enjoyed this take on the exchange between the two parties. I disagree with your interpretation. I'm pretty sure Bungie knows people will leave the game. I enjoy destiny, I'm not a "blind addict" but maybe there's some who are.

Why is it so hard for Bungie to add them?

1. No business should just cave to consumers like that. The phrase the customer is always right is only relevant to an extent. Truly living that motto lets the inmates run the asylum. Anyone who's worked in the service industry knows that. 2. Maybe they will at some point. They've said they are reviewing feedback. Could be they become accessible through Xur after a time. Or possibly as rewards in an unannounced activity. 3. It's already been announced as exclusive and almost completely sold out. So say I bought one of those packs, now becuase of forum outrage and everyone receiving it my purchase is devalued. How is that "fair"?
