There are. I definitely recall a couple running up lunging at me with swords. Sword vandals too.

Ohhhh the stealth vandals

I didn't see anything stealthing, they were all visible but there were normal vandals with just swords that rushed up the ramp on the left side, and jumped on the platform on the right. Captains with just swords too. They chase you around the entire map.

I thought there were the last couple weeks. Could be wrong though, let's hope not!
