Being a uk customer he also dodged the issue with uk vs us pricing. We are paying £40 to $40 with no apparent reasoning. I know he doesn't decide the pricing but we needed a better response to this issue than 'we are worlds away'

If we convert £40 to US dollars it's $63. I get the need to cater to American customers being a US company but at least you guys can see how steep that pricing is for uk customers in comparison.

It's because of some tax thing I heard, like you don't get significant return at some point during the year?? I'm in U.S. But I'll look it up and see if I can't give the exact answer
