The Dreamwaker Rocket Launcher
So I finished the Queen's Bounties from Petra today and make Rank 4... Queen's Favor... cool, rewards started dropping: I got a nice Arc variant of The Dreamwaker with Tripod, Speed Reload, AND Cluster Bomb???
OK... it's not Tracking or Grenades & Horseshoes, BUT it's a [i]nice[/i] drop that I don't have to sink Motes into. ;)
I may have to keep this oddity.

I have spray and play, javelin and who's next on mine. Javelin sorts out the velocity issue but I'm not even sure if SP & WN stack?
