So to solve the issue of OP guns or unfair advantages in Crucible I think they should make a version where all that matters is hit count. So everyone comes in with level and perks disabled other than your subclass movement abilities. The gun for each round is randomized between the different types of primary weapons so everyone has the same weapon in each given match. They its like paintball from there. You get one point for each hit, it takes three hits to kill an opponent. When killed you re-spawn at a random point on the map that if free from players. Kills could net an extra point. Life/Shield (3hits) would regenerate at a standard rate 1 point every 3 seconds for example.
This type of scoring could be applied to each of the different types of Crucible play that exists now. What do you think Guardians?
