I know HoC has tracking, that is a big plus to some. Hezen carries 8 rockets vs HoC 6. Blast radius on Hezen is higher as well. I read somewhere on reddit that Hezen has the second highest damage in the rocket category, number one being Gjallarhorn. Any truth to this?
Has anyone done number crunching on these two launchers at 365? And what is the difference between mirv mini and clusterbomb?

Hezens is better. As long as you can aim & don't rely on tracking, you're good. I'd hate to offend some of the hunger fans but Hezens outclasses it stat & perk wise. Gjallarhorn for bosses. Hezens for everything else

Hunger is like a baby gjallarhorn...it's like a gjallarhorn when you don't have gjallarhorn or gjallarhorn when you want to use icebreaker or invective to regenerate ammo Plus it does extra damage to hive bosses

HOC is basically a mini Gjallarhorn. Just not as powerful. Go with that.

Well the 2 enemies with solar shields are very mobile so go with tracking

Anybody have info on the mirv mini vs clusterbomb?

Do the hezen with javalin and you shouldn't miss its a beast

I prefer hunger for the tracking plus Hive Disruptor in PvE. In PvP, I reforged a radeghasts fury to have tripod with grenades and horseshoes (it's beautiful)

Its really a matter of personal preference. I would go with Hunger bc of Damage to Hive majors in POE.

I ascended my Hezen Vengeance. I play VoG a lot with my clan and it made sense for Oracle / Vex destruction. The blast radius and velocity are amazing, I can wipe anybody off a zone in Control. Some of my friends took the piss out of me when I chucked an Etheric Light on it, but I've had the last laugh.
