Fallout 4 at 30 fps
A recent article has appeared recently claiming that Fallout 4 will run at 1080p 30fps on all platforms. [url=https://mobile.twitter.com/DCDeacon/status/612357233855332352]This information is false[/url] and should hold no bearing.

Edit: Fallout 4 will be 30 fps on [url=https://mobile.twitter.com/Bethblog/status/613008088824741888]consoles only.[/url] PC does not have any frame rate restrictions.

And 30fps, while not ultra crisp, is still rather smooth and is enough frames for your eyes to register seamless movement without breaks. I have played pc games with 60fps, even as much as about 80fps on a few occasions, and 30 fps does not really feel much different. I would much rather the game work and have flawless mechanics than waste resources on a few extra frames. A stable 30 is perfectly fine by me.

Edited by aBendyStraw: 6/21/2015 11:17:38 PM30 fps MINIMUM. The minimum cap is 30 fps, so it will shift around the 30s and maybe even 40s. So no one worry about big frame rate dips, it will rarely happen. EDIT: Oh nvm, whole thing might be just a rumor.
