I've seen several things about preordering the new Taken King DLC, and I confess I am confused. there are extra bonuses for preordering, however it states that if we already have the first 2 dlcs that we will get the taken king for free. Does already having met the latter option negate you from getting the preorder bonuses?
On a similar note, I was considering finally breaking and buying the digital version for the xbox1 (as I already HAVE the physical $100 360 copy, I'm still questioning why I can't provide the proof and get the X1 digital copy free upgrade, but I digress.) and aside from the basic version, the only other option I have is bundled. Now, here's the question. after taking a look at the 'trials version' on the x1, it had me marked down as that I did NOT have the previous DLCs 1 + 2, however the game took and copied all my profile data, leaving me with all my character options sans expansion content. Am I going to have to rebuy everything again? or if I buy the basic version, will I reaquire the previous expansions, and in tandem return to my first question as to whether the disqualifies me from the preorder bonuses?
Am I just going to have to bite the Ghallahorn and purchase the bundle for another $79?
my last question; will there be any special rewards from where we purchase from, ex: gamestop as opposed to the Microsoft store, or can I safely prepurchase the digital version bundle (with the questions above still applying) from the Xbox1 and not worry about missing special content?
