Game is okay, nothing too special outside the dark setting and atmosphere. Got to play a couple hours and so far, heres what I like and don't like:
*First off, both the explosions and destruction are ⚡💀🔇💢💧💉😷 awesome. Nothing more satisfying than blowing shit up to pieces.
*The controls are easy to learn and general gameplay performs as a typical twin stick shooter should.
*Executions aren't that brutal and are repetitive. Fortunately you can turn them off and just shoot the innocents to regain health once you hit Q.
*Performance wise, the game doesn't run smoothly even on the lowest setting. Could be just my PC, but it seems that many others are also experiencing frame drops and delays.
*Finally, the game is generally repetitive. You may being fighting more police and civilians or just straight up slaughtering people with little resistances, but its all run to the mill.
Luckily the developers are looking into fixing some of the bugs and performance, and after watching TotalBiscuits review and getting my hands on Hatred, it has improved with the patches. I think its an alright game, $20 is a little too much IMO, but I have spent on much worse games.
TL;DR :Basically, I'm giving my thoughts on the game and its average overall.
For those that got to play it, what do you think about Hatred?

Already knew it would be a "meh" game. Any game with the premise of mindless slaughter typically gets boring quick, especially if it's a twin stick shooter.
