So no males or no men cause I see you are trying to make a safer place for women and I respect that however what would a younger male like myself and other people like me do to make it a less safe place?

It's no males at all. We understand that a lot of males are perfect gentlemen and don't cause any problems, but a few bad apples can spoil the bunch. Have you ever heard of Schrödinger's box?In a way our reasoning is kind of like that. You don't know if a male (the box) is one of the bad apples or not until you get in a game with them.So for some of us it's far simpler to just remove the box (males) from the equation, which eliminates the risk. Of course many of us still play with males. We don't all exclusively only play with members of our clan, and many of us are members of multiple clans.Sometimes we just want to play with other ladies for a change, which isn't so bad,is it?

Assuming that what you intended to ask was how to help make gaming spaces more safe and not less, I think the greatest way to be an ally is to lead by example. Respect that there is valid reason women would want a safe space in the first place; understand that it's not about hating men, but rather about creating a respite from an often unsafe environment. Call out others who display the types of behaviors that make our environment unsafe, and be genuine about it - this isn't about getting props from women or getting on our good side; it's about being an empathetic human being. If you can, recognize that sexism hurts men, too - by prescribing what femininity and masculinity mean in such narrow ways, and perpetuating a fallacy that one is better than the other, we shove everyone into narrowly-defined boxes that hurt us all. There are some great organizations and online resources to help in becoming an ally, I suggest doing some research to educate yourself more about it. Does that help?
