Are the new subclasses in taken King going to be available to everyone ore only people that bought the expansion

According to the TTK vi doc bungie released a couple days ago, one of them said you had to 'rediscover' the lost arts of guardians before you. So I believe that you unlock them while doing some of the new missions. Just saying because as they said that he saw a cut scene of characters discovering things.
