Everything in the game has been beaten first day. That's not a measurement you can go by. You need to go by how many people completed it. Many less completed VoG in the first weeks (legit not pushing him off). We went in blind on day 2 and beat him 3 times. Lol how is that harder than trying for 10 hours to beat VoG day one or Crota?
