How does Destiny determine who hold the flag at the beginning of a match in Crucible?

1 ReplyI've heard it's highest level, if that's equal, then highest grimoire score I've no proof lol, but that has seemed to be the way of it When I run with buddies, all 6 of us, and that's usually what happens
