Your girlfriend would need her own Bungie account (we've had some bad experiences with shared accounts in the past). Our xbox1 community is quite active, and the group as a whole is very friendly and supportive. Many of our members have male partners or other male friends who play, and unless we're hosting a clan-specific event, those folks are welcome to join as long as they respect our group members.
