Everyone I've seen use the term 'bait & switch' has used it wrongly. Weird.

How so? That is exactly what they did with this dlc
-
How would you know? You haven't even played it.
-
Are you joking? They sold the season pass with a promise that a raid would be in this dlc..... then they didn't have a raid? It had prison of elders.... bait and switch
-
1. they didn't break any contracts or laws 2. they said they're working on it, so for all we know it could still turn up

Edited by II-MAKY-II: 6/18/2015 1:21:19 PMnever said they broke the law. I said they did a bait and switch. Are you stupid? They are Woking on it? NO update? They sure do have a lot done on the next raid we have to purchase.....

Well the original marketing for the season pass had 2 raids mentioned... We didn't get them, so that is the epitome of bait and switch.. (Illegally pulling a product after marketing) so not sure what you're on about
-
But all the dlc was available apart from the raid which was swapped for a horde mode. That's not a bait & switch and neither is the taken king
-
Not talking about TTK... Oh and replacing a raid with horde mode is bait and switch... We were sold one thing & given another upon delivery. Once again the epitome
-
They didn't break any contract, so it's not illegal.
-
lol because their contract says "we can do whatever the hell we want & you will like it" Seriously though, it was marketed with a raid & then came with no raid... Although they later added in the user agreement that everything is subject to change, that still doesn't effect the original marketing & ending product release. (Legally, meh they danced a fine line releasing their user agreement well after they sold & delivered their first DLC)
