I never have a issue getting price breaks with Comcast. Which to me is crap for customer service. I always pay a price same as new customers. Its called "Retaining Customers". I don't even talk to the retention department. Yes people use to you have to say "well I am cancelling" to get the deals. That seems to be slowly going away.
It would do Bungie good to make sure to at least address the concerns.
