Let's do a quick run down of what an expansion is verse a dlc. The two items released were dlc. Aka what is always in season passes. (Dlc) it gives you the next content until the end of the given period. An expansion is an add on to the game that increases the full world/story adds new areas and is a much bigger add on than a dlc. TTK is an expansion, HoW, CE were dlc. You saying it was an expansion pass means it WOULD include TTK which it doesn't. Now that we have cleared up how dumb yall are being by call something an expansion pass and how it makes you look stupid and you are actually the ones making someone sound like it should include TTK lets get to the point.
