I respect your opinion and why you'd be upset, but this isn't new for the typical MMO or regular games for that matter.
"Ultimate Editions" "Game of the Year Editions" "Definitive Editions" etc. have been coming out in full blast these past few years.
Look up all the MMO's that are currently in cycle and see that for let's say for 19.99 you get the ENTIRE Vanilla game, then you get 6 Expansions, 4 add-on's etc. All to attract new people to play the game.
Those editions get ALL the DLC, higher or better FPS, higher quality textures, for the same price many people paid on day one, without the DLC. Those that let's say pay for the DLC straight up when it's released are paying a "Premium" "Freshly New Price"
The thing is, game's prices depreciate over time, it's just the nature of the business. Bungie is just trying to attract more people that haven't tried the game.
I'm personally going to buy the Collector's Edition regardless of already purchasing the original, plus the other DLCs, because I am a collector, and I'd love to have all those fun little things that come with it!
Also, have you purchased any let's say remakes lately? Perhaps a "Difinitive Edition" of an older PS PS2/3 or Xbox 360, etc. game lately?
Think about the Master Chief Collection? You get all Halo games for the price of ONE Game... and if you were to go buy each game individually for the Xbox, Xbox 360, you'd probably pay 15 dollars for each game! But still, people paid 59.99 for a Higher resolution, better looking game!
Anyways, I'm not here to convince you or change the way you feel, I know it feels wrong in a away, but I hope I at least enlightened you a little bit about the nature of the business: it's just the way it is. Is it wrong? some people can argue it is, but without this, people might be out of a job... or perhaps money wouldn't be cycled? Or maybe the game wouldn't get any more updates, expansions, etc. We pay to support something we enjoy doing, end of story. I buy games for PC and Xbox one, because I enjoy the experience games give me. BUT, I CHOOSE to though, I don't have to... hell if I had the option, my wife would burn my computer and throw my Xbox One, Wii U away! But she respects my hobby.
We are all humans, we get upset about things, so I hope maybe my post made you smile or feel a little better =)

It's hasn't been a year yet and on the plus most companies that do this has worth wild content

Read first 2 sentences skipped to bottom The problem isn't the price it's the exclusive content the newcomers get
-
So you're upset about a couple shaders and class items that scream "noob"?
-
Upset? No Simply failing to understand the logic of newbies getting exclusive items that seem pretty cool Exotic class items that so far don't exist in the game and we well those of us who don't re purchase can't get
-
Yet which one of those sales has included the unreleased expansion and exclusive items. That's like buying Skyrim and getting all the dlc....but the Bethesda says of here is some stuff that the original customers of our game do don't get.....
