Destiny 1 is selling now for 20, the expansion for 34. TTK for 40.
So instead of spending $94, they are selling everything for $80.
It is really no different from buying the Combined package for 90 instead of Destiny 1, TDB and HoW for 100.
What you paid a year ago is no longer relevant.

But what I need to pay today is!! $60 for all 4 parts of a game, or $40 for the last part when the first 3 already cost $100? That's just math. Should be $15 for part 4... Or a free bonus if you've already bought vanilla, i & ii.

What you spent a year ago to get the game is sunk cost. It is irrelevant.

Fine forget the past. Deal with the now. If the base game + the Dark Below + House of Wolves Only valued at $20 in your opinion?

The base game is $20. The two expansions are still selling at full price - and the TDB has certainly depreciated in value. By the time September rolls around, HoW would have also depreciated in value. If you think about it, Destiny has lost 2/3 of it's value. The two expansions are $35 - which would be about $12. So, you take the $20, $12 + $40 - you get $72 combined package. Add a package discount of $12 (which is very close to the package discount of $10 when new) - you get the $60 price.
