That is the worst argument I ever heard. If you are managing a community, you should be on par with them to be able to relate. How else would you experience the same issues as the community first hand it you aren't even on the communities' level? He doesn't know the struggle of the community, why should he manage it? If anyone has a valid excuse as to why he is so bad at this game, please enlighten me. I would like a reason not think he is bad at what he does. :/
