Gheleon has EXACT same rate of fire and Impact as Badger.
BUT...
Gheleon has more Range, Stability, Reload, and Ammo than Badger.
So I am afraid yes, Gheleon IS Better.
As you said, stats don't lie...

Ghelons has 29 stability and 52 for reload Badger has 40 stability and 57 reload. Badger also has better AA. Check planet destiny before you make outrageous comments like that.

Yup my bad - Badger does have better stability and very slightly quicker reload, although stability is a worthless perk on a scout when recoil is negligible anyway. So I still stand by my statement that Gheleon is superior - it has further range and more ammo.
