That legal jargon is irrelevant. Everyone knows kids now days play EVERYTHING they aren't supposed to from GTA to the obvious CoD. But at the same time there is nothing anyone can do about what happened, and if Bungie intervened then they would be setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Just gotta take it and stride. OP is also at fault for attacking another player even if indirectly. Directing people to the recorded match in question puts him at risk. Don't attack someone on his behalf either, for your own sake.
