Still been playing ESO, just reached veteran rank 2. Replaying Steins;Gate since it was released on consoles.

How long does it take to get from vr1 to vr2?

It can take fairly long. VR1 to VR2 is probably the more quicker. You have a lot of things available to you at first for experience. I would say a few days of questing at 2 hours per day. Obviously quicker if you play a lot.
