I have a 7 year old who cried over his game when he was 5 maybe 6. I turned it off immediately and told him if he cries over a video game (Disney infinity) he can't play them. After a week of not allowing him to play after crying.... he's never cried again.
If he was 11 I'd get rid of his Xbox.
