11 years old is 6 years under the recommended age of 17 to play/purchase the game.
I would say before you complain don't let kids play a game made for teenagers or older. This problem is not a problem of "rude" players, it's bad parenting. It's your fault and your parents to let your brother play a game that is above his maturity level and has players that will use language intended for older players, not kids.
Edit: as pointed out the game is rated T not M as I had thought, but said player is still under recommended age to play.

Edited by Kryptekk Frost: 6/17/2015 1:03:34 AMWhile I agree with what you're saying how does that have anything to do with those guys making such a dick move? Also if you read the labels it says online interactions not rated by esrb. (The people who rate a game T or M)
-
Logically it goes like this: T rating -13 years old Said upset player was 11. If he wouldn't have been playing the game , as he shouldn't have, he would have never been in the position to get upset about other players slinging insults. And that's a simple fact.
-
So basically you're saying if he were 13 this wouldn't have happened. It's rated teen because of the graphics and violence and whatnot not because of how people act online. And even if he was 13 and this still happened to him it doesn't justify what those guys did.

Edited by XUNHALLOWEDX: 6/17/2015 1:17:17 AMI did not say that all. I said if his brother wasn't playing this wouldn't have happened today, as you mentioned it is still possible this could of happened even if he was the recommended play age, and I agree. But I'm saying in that instance it would be a valid complaint. Although as it stands in this case this particular player was under the recommended age.
-
Well yes but still it's not his fault nobody deserves to be treated like that regardless of whether or not they're supposed be doing something.

Edited by CrudeDude: 6/17/2015 1:00:02 AMGame is rated teen for the violence, not because of shit heads who kicked him. You never watched R rated movies as a kid? Come on, stop being a tool

The game is rated Teen.
-
Maybe you didn't see the edit?
-
I'm 14, and I'm quite mature, more so than some teenagers if you ask me.
-
You are older than the ESRB rating recommends, so I have no problem with you playing!
-
Oh, excellent, I'd really inquire that you'd ask which system this "Donald Doge" fellow plays on! I'd really like to take an nice lengthened view into his player account.
-
It has nothing to do with the recommended age. It's about getting kicked after putting in time to beat skolas then getting verbally assaulted.
-
Did you even read the original post? Lol
-
Actually isn't destiny rated T for teen making him really only 2 years under the recommended age?
-
Yea you're right, I had thought it was M. Thanks for pointing that out
-
This game isn't rated M, it is rated T. So only 2 years younger. Which, at that point, is up to the parents. Well, technically it is the same for M games I guess.
