Transparency might net you more preorders from people (especially those who qualify for the VIP gifting program) and may justify the currently disproportionate price. If you only said this because you have no ideas on what else to add, they are staring you in the face, the collector ingame items. I for one would like a package that lets me attain the dlc AND the collectors ingame items and shaders. The physical goods such as the coin and so on do not interest me personally and I already have the game, why in the world would I jump through hoops and go through needless hassle just to attain something that should have been a simple tick box option on a preorder page? I am no dog, and you will not get me to jump through hoops. For me this is a simple "do or don't decision", and right now... its "don't"
