The city has finished construction. All civilians have been moved from the base to the capital. The city still doesn't have a name, though most people begun to call it the city, due to it being the only one on the planet. The factories have begun to produce material at a great pace. The city's municipalities produce large amounts of food for the consumption of the people. They are housed, feed and have jobs for the first time in awhile. However with that accomplishment people are beginning to look at the other things that make civilizations like culture, politics, and learning.
