So questions... If your brother was kicked as you explain, why then was he able to determine that the guy had invited someone else (which just isn't possible at that stage) and also how was he called mean names after this point if he had been kicked? I am just working from the information in your post but its seems a little bit implausible that events occurred as you describe.
