I'd be wary of putting an 11 year old on a game for teens and up.

  • Yes , no disagreement their. But at the end of the day. A minor has certain protections under the law. That we as adults don't have. 1being, protection against harassment/bullying from legal adults. People really need to take a step back and look at the potential trouble they could get in. New laws can force ISP providers to turn over ip addresses and names associated with that account. Sony and microsoft are not immune.

  • The no one cares attitude is not the case. People in the Usa and other western countries need to pay attention to who they send messages to. Laws are changing and they are changing fast.

  • In my country. It has gone to trial on occasions . Were currently working with the dutch who have arrested an individual . He is expected to be brought before the courts soon.

  • Actually yes it is .As long as your country is part of INTERPOL . Then yes. My country can enforce laws broken here by people elsewhere.
