Yes you can. But unless it was a message sent. Would be hard to prove.
But definitely worth a message to sony or microsoft. Harassment of a legal minor is against the law in many western countries.

All chats are recorded all kept on file for precisely this reason. Harassing/Bullying a minor is illegal in most states, regardless of medium used. All Sony/Microsoft needs to identify said individuals is a date, timeframe and his brother's gamer tag so they can parse their database for the gaming session in question.

Exactly , sony and microsoft are not stupid. They protect their asses. By recording what happened they can easily remove themselves from any controversy .

They have all party chats on a mass record you can report them and give a time frame and they will go in the log and see.
