You can actually make them pay for it. It's illegal to do stuff like that, contact either Microsoft or Sony ( depends on consol) with there gamer tags and report them.

No legal authority can stop them from playing a teen game. It's a suggestion at most.

Good attempt making me look like the bad guy here, Im not defending them, where did I say that? All I'm doing is critisicing that brother who allowed his lil brother of 11 years to play the game.

If you know the game match played. Simply send sony/microsoft info on the match (its all recorded) then they can review it. But going forward . Id recommend video recording. On the ps4 its easy. Then send that.

Yes you can. But unless it was a message sent. Would be hard to prove. But definitely worth a message to sony or microsoft. Harassment of a legal minor is against the law in many western countries.

All chats are recorded all kept on file for precisely this reason. Harassing/Bullying a minor is illegal in most states, regardless of medium used. All Sony/Microsoft needs to identify said individuals is a date, timeframe and his brother's gamer tag so they can parse their database for the gaming session in question.

Exactly , sony and microsoft are not stupid. They protect their asses. By recording what happened they can easily remove themselves from any controversy .

They have all party chats on a mass record you can report them and give a time frame and they will go in the log and see.
