I got an Xbox one yesterday along with Destiny! I am a day one player on the 360, but I finally decided it's time for an upgrade. I was a little scared at first because my favorite game mode is Rumble and everyone was saying there is a lot better players on the One. I was thinking the only reason I am good at rumble was because I played on the 360. Well, the first Rumble I start I win completely. I was pretty surprised because I was having trouble with the controller as well. It felt a little sensitive and much different from the 360 controller. I am very happy though! The graphics are much better and if you have the means to do so I say upgrade!
Edit 1: Grammar.

I never understand "tryhards" in gaming as an insult. Are you telling me you bought this (or any) game NOT to try?
-
Just saying I play on both systems and xbox 360 is the harder console to play on
-
The tryhards left as soon as they say that New people are getting all the dlc and the game for a lot cheaper
-
Ggs :p
-
OP come play some more rumble ^_^ or why leave after one game?
-
What's your gt?

Edited by BlastONE: 6/16/2015 6:58:46 PMXbox one has about 8-10 good players out of like 1,000 ppl who play there. Should of got the ps4 for competition son

I've been thinking about upgrading. Did just buy an Xbox one, use ur old gamer tag and get destiny for the one? That's what I've heard to do, but was wondering if it really worked. You kept ur progress right?

Play at night, the thorns come out of their slumber

Normal crucible seems more or less the same, but Iron Banner and ToO seemed much easier on 360. I often switch back and forth because I recently upgraded and only a few friends did so as well.
those load times though
I played Destiny on the 360 on my brothers account last week, I don't know what was up but crucible felt wayyyy easier. Averaged about a 2.5 kd that day. (Not on my account though).

congrats on the new console welcome to life with the one guardian

You get used to the controller after a couple hours, happened to me to when i first got the one
-
Same deal here, pertaining to the controller. The Ones controller is way more sensitive. Takes getting used to. I still own my 360 as well, I like to play crucible on it
-
Oh, I thought you had upgraded from the ps4

Edited by cmburch: 6/16/2015 8:06:52 PMI really like the Xbox One controller over the 360. I was playing on 360 and Xbox One because the Xbox one is my kid's. I purchased a second Xbox One with Halo software for under $200 including tax by using the Best Buy trade -in program promotion. Traded an old 360 with the external HD on top.

Dear OP, I hate to be that guy, (actually I don't) but can you change your title to "Where are the Tryhards?" Thanks, Your friendly neighborhood grammar knot-sea.

Welcome to the big leagues!!
-
Only thing about the one is you have to get used to the controller much different than the 360
-
Congrats on the upgrade bro and welcome enjoy your new system

I upgraded a month or so ago but have yet to play more then around two hours on it because none of my friends have upgraded. Wish they would hurry up already. The only real resin I did was because I got my xbone for $120.
