Just a few minutes ago during Skolas, my fire team and I encountered the error code beetle. We constanly got disconnected or attempted reconnecting. It got so bad that no one was able to join and eventually I was booted out of the game, losing all progress. I've noticed a few others encountering this in the forums around the same time as well.
