Destiny was supposed to kill Dust 514 (a really crappy lobby shooter). If Destiny couldn't kill an easy target I don't see another game ending Destiny. Definitely cutting into profits.
The relevant question is when people are presented with a choice of these two to purchase which will they prefer?

I don't see destiny getting a whole bunch of new players this year since the game is already 9 months old
