First off "get educated before you speak", lol that statement though...
Next up there must be a reason they did it for scatter grenades too, as such one can presume there is a possible cheese for that too.
Then i shall add that i do not play sunslinger, or warlock anymore for that matter, however i do know you can throw two grenades, but can you get two kills as the cooldown only kicks off on kill, not hit. Its all about balance, in balance should you be getting half your super every 10 seconds? No you shouldnt, so its a good thing they stopped that too.
At the end of the day the cooldown is fair, deal with it.

What does the cool down have to do with being able to get kills. Do you even know what we are talking about? Of course you can get two kills. The new cool down doesn't stop you from getting kills for 10 seconds. It just stops the extra super energy from grenade kills. The only reason anyone (and by that I mean ONLY hunters and ONLY with swarm grenade) was getting half their super in 10 seconds is that the combo of ashes to assets and swarm grenade returned energy for each hit by a projectile rather than on kill. If Bungie had just made it so that it was only on kill, as it was with literally EVERY OTHER GRENADE, it would have been balanced.
