When was the last time a majority of pve players moaned that any weapon or armour perk was too strong? Exactly never....

Doesn't really matter. It's PvE regardless of the reasons why people want it nerfed. Plus, there are plenty of Gally owners that do realize it's a bit over powered as well.

Yeah, don't call for nerfs though, and no, a pve player is playing pvp, it's pvp.... No two ways about it.
