They didn't do good... What they should have done was implement it to PvP like they did the shotgun buff. It wasn't exploitation (maybe in PvP) but why should the PvE community suffer because someone uses something put into the game by the creators of it?. I've thought this for every buff/debuff btw In my opinion the solution was half assed as always with these nerfs from bungie
