Apart from my PS4 not starting, this is something else which happened a few years ago. I was walking home from school, (I was 11 then), it was rainy weather. Very typical here in England but it wasn't just rain, it was a full thunderstorm extravaganza. So, I'm walking by the tram stop soaking in rain whilst listening to Three Days Grace and I see a thin white light a few centimetres away from my face. I stopped and soon realized it was lightning. If I was walking just a bit faster or the lightning fell one second later, I would have been hit and probably would have died. (11 year olds don't usually survive lightning hits). And I was just surprised at my own luck on how close I came to possibly dying. I ran home and hugged my mom then told her what happened (I was still shocked by this point) and from that point on, always carry a umbrella. I'm 16 by the way but old habits never die. I guess you can call it a narrow escape.
