I am so done with Bungie and their lack of server management. I'm guessing that this is only an issue on old gen, as that's where I've been experiencing the issues. I know for a fact that my constant disconnects at the hands of weasel is not the fault of my own internet, as other people have the exact same issue, and everyone whom i have talked to has confirmed that even optimized internet connections still disconnect on a frequent basis. I have been unable to go flawless in Trials because of this, which is frustrating beyond belief. Imagine that its back before any expansion, and the biggest thing to do was VoG. Now imagine that you have just made it to the gorgon's chest, and you're feeling especially lucky and are certain that you can pull Gally this time around. Just as the open button fills up your team stops talking and everyone is just walking in place. Boom! You are bumped back to the title screen and you cry in defeat as you realize that you have been robbed of your chance at that fabled rocket launcher. Now imagine that you aren't allowed to join those teammates who somehow managed to avoid the wrath of weasel, and that you would have to start all over again just to get back to where you were, only to find out after all your hard work that the game registered you as having opened the chest. You have to wait a whole week before being allowed to try for that chest again. This is exactly how I feel right now. I have been so close multiple times, only to get lagged out with no warning. This, of course gives me an automatic loss even though I would have won that round had Bungie done their job in maintaining their damn servers, and even my teammates who were spared by weasel were given a loss as three people will almost always win against the two. Bungie, why do you keep letting this happen? It's not like this is isolated to only me, as I have stated before. I honestly have to say that I am seriously tempted to just quit playing Destiny, which I don't really want to do. I want to enjoy this game. I can't, however, waste my time on a game that I know I will never fully enjoy because of disconnects. Anyone who has actually bought this game with their own hard-earned money would agree that such is a blatant insult to someone who has given you their money
