The reason you're having difficulties is because the sensitivity is so -blam!-ing low. Even at 10.
You can't move your reticle fast comfortably nor efficiently. It takes some time to get used to it :/

I have this problem :/ the sensitivity needs to go even higher so I can while around when being shot in the back.
