Does this only happen on xbone/ps4? I have a maxed pair on 360 that light up but don't give the blade effect..

It happens on 360. My buddy has them, and he was sprinting and jumping around at vestian outpost and the blades did indeed appear.

Hmm, I guess I just have a hard time noticing on the user side of things.
